Details

The based film of Nan Ya release film was manufactured in clean room class 10000. The silicone coated was manufactured in clean room class 1000. The PET film has a high mechanical strength, low shrinkage, clarity and chemical resistance. Nan Ya release film can adjust the mechanical strength, shrinkage,haze and color.

Main applications -ACF -Dicing tape -Graphite
